It is imperative for the FinTech entity to put in place governance and organizational structures with adequate resources. This department is also tasked with the end-to-end governance of MTN Fintech. This move has also been necessitated by regulatory pressures as MTN Fintech continues to expand its operations through the introduction of new Mobile Money/ Fintech products and services.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Law LLB/Social Science/Business Administration or a related field.
• Post-graduate Degree in Compliance/Risk Management.

Experience

• 5-8 years experience in relevant field
• Proof of continuing education through courses, personal development and seminars is desirable.
