Terms And Conditions

As required by MTN regulations, these are the specific terms and conditions for being selected for the shoot. This form must be signed and returned as confirmation that:

1. You are a Swati citizen.
2. You are aged between 18 – 34 years old.
3. You are not attached to any other brands or competitors for the next 2 (two) years.
4. You agree that if selected your images will be used by MTN Eswatini across ALL advertising channels including: digital, billboards, newspaper and magazine, flyers, posters, social media, vehicles and TV for a period of 2 years at the agreed once-off fee.
5. If you are a minor, you have been granted permission by your parent/guardian to take part in the shoot at the agreed once-off fee.
