Dial *007*8# for the ability to check your current balance.

Get to request a Mini Statement (dial *007*8*2#) to view the five most recently performed transactions. A more comprehensive statement is available within the My MTN app.   

You have the ability to change your 5 digit pin by dialling *007*8*3#. Make sure it’s one that is not easy to guess (we highly recommend you avoid using your birthday, a string of numbers I,e, 12345, a sequence in your phone number etc). As well as the feature to reset your pin; you will need to approach the nearest MoMo agent for assistance in initiating a pin reset. 

Tailor the experience on the MoMo platform to meet your needs within the My Account feature through managing your favourites (we advise you add numbers you frequently transact with) and selecting the language that best suits your needs.
