What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, only MTN MoMo is accepted as a payment method. We will be adding more methods in the future.

How do I track my order?

If you visit your account dashboard, find the order history section and you will be able to see ‘track order’ buttons under each order you have made. Tracking information is available in each order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You have 1 hour to change your mind and cancel any order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A purchase with delivery selections takes 24 hours maximum for a standard delivery option, while items ordered with premium delivery will arrive in 12 hours. If you opted for collection your order will be available within 3 days.

How do I update my account information?

If you visit your account dashboard you can update your information such as email address, delivery address, billing details or change your password

Are all of your products in stock and available for immediate shipment?

All products listed on the site are in stock unless otherwise indicated.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

For any faulty device; you can bring it to the shop where it will be tested /assessed and then exchanged.
