To register your SIM Card you will need to have the following:
1. Your ID/valid passport.
2. Proof of residence (not older than 3 months).
3. Your picture/photo captured by agent.
After registration you will then receive a confirmation SMS. To verify your registration status, please dial *1212#.
Swati National
Step 1: Your national I.D or Your valid Passport
Step 2: Please provide one of the following;
- Lease agreement letter from employer as owner of premises;
- Municipal Rates Certificate;
- Utility Bill (i.e. SWSC, SEC, SPTC) not older than 3 months.
- Declaration from person with whom the subscriber shares a residential address, in whose name a bill (i.e. SPTC, SWSC, SEC, Municipal Council) is registered;
- Letter from Inkhundla or the Chief.
Non-Swati National
Step 1: Passport from country of origin or non-Swati ID issued by Eswatini government
Step 2: Please provide one of the following;
- Lease agreement letter from employer as owner of premises;
- Municipal Rates Certificate;
- Utility Bill (i.e. SWSC, SEC, SPTC) not older than 3 months.
- Declaration from person with whom the subscriber shares a residential address, in whose name a bill (i.e. SPTC, SWSC, SEC, Municipal Council) is registered;
- Letter from Inkhundla or the Chief.
Organisations
Step 1: National IDs of authorised representatives;
Step 2: Proof of authorisation i.e Affidavit or resolution
Step 3: Certificate of incorporation and the first two (2) pages of the Articles with endorsements by the Registrar of Companies.
Step 4: Please provide one of the following;
- Proof of residence of authorised representatives
- Lease agreement;
- Municipal Rates Certificate and
- Company Utility Bill (i.e. SWSC, SEC, SPTC) not older than 3 months.
