The Specialist: E-Commerce is responsible for the onboarding and complete lifecycle management of sellers on the E-commerce platform. The role requires close liaison with sellers to increase feature efficiency and provide best experience to users who visit the E-commerce platform. The role is also tasked with ensuring that sellers onboarded provide value to the business and impact a positive RoI. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager
The Specialist E- Commerce reports to Manager: Products & Services and is an individual contributor. The role maintains liaison with Group Fintech Products & Services team, as and when required
Job Requirements
- Bcom Degree /BSc Computer Science or its equivalent in area of specialization
- Relevant post graduate qualification is an advantage
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ total experience in E-commerce and/or seller management or allied field is required
- Experience in E-Commerce, Fintech, banking is preferred
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding emerging markets is preferred
- E-commerce Business Operations & Ecosystem
- Understanding of FinTech, banking, microfinance and payment businesses
- E-Commerce platform management
- Seller Onboarding & Relationship management
- Customer life cycle management
- Digital product management
- User experience development
- Digital content, media and/or applications
- Client relationship management
- Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise with a good understanding emerging markets is preferred
