Product Terms & Conditions – Tourist Starter Pack

This package is a combo that entails International & local minutes and data bundles. This package is made available for purchase on *686#. The validity of the bundles in the combo vary from weekly to monthly. This offer was made a combo so as to aid tourists with easy access to essential communication needs.
2. Offer Period
2.1 The offer will be available from the 21st May 2019 and until MTN in its sole and absolute to discontinue the service
2.2 Notwithstanding the Offer Period, MTN may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the duration of the Offer Period to a shorter or longer period, or withdraw the Offer in its entirety, with notice to you. Stay tuned to the site for notices, updates and/or changes to services.
3. Qualifying Customers
3.1 The offer is available to all MTN prepaid customers.
4. What does the offer entail
41 Customers (Tourists) should have a local SIM card, which can be purchased at the border.
4.2 Customers need to have airtime before purchasing the combo.
4.3 Customers can purchase the tourist combo 686, under combos option.
4.4 After successful purchase, customers will receive a message notifying them about the combo and its validity.
4.5 The combo will be used for International calls, local on-net calls and data.
4.6 The tourist combo can be bought for someone else through the same aforementioned channels.
4.7 Expiry of tourist combos is as per validity, which is weekly.
5. Terms & Conditions
5.1 The tourist pack is available from the 21st May 2019
5.2 The offer is only available to prepaid customers;
5.3 The tourist pack will be available as a promotion every time there are events in Eswatini proposition;
5.4 The tourist pack can only be used on MTN Eswatini network, not when roaming;
5.5 The pack can be bought for someone else on 686, under combos
5.6 The pack cannot be shared with other subscribers
5.7 The bundles in the pack are only for International calls, local on-net calls & SMS, and data
5.8 Unused bundles in the combo cannot be carried over after expiry date
5.9 Once combo is depleted, usage will be charged from main account
5.10 Combo can be purchased multiple times
5.11 Customers are able to check their balance on *686*5#
6. Expiry Rules
6.1 The combo expires as per validity (weekly).
6.2 The bundles cannot be carried over beyond their validity
7. Depletion Rules
7.1 The bundles shall only be used for International calls, local on-net calls, and data.
7.2 The wallet shall be depleted on per minute or per MB billing basis
7.3 Off-net activities will be charged from the main account or the specific bundle not from the tourist pack bundles
8. Migration Rules
8.1 Customers shall enjoy this offer in any service class
9. Cancellation
9.1 Customers may call out of bundle at any time
10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
10.1 Stay tuned to the site for product and rules and updated Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to rules and/or Terms and Conditions are effective from the date that they are published on the above-mentioned website or elsewhere in any media
10.2 MTN reserves the right at any modify, suspend or discontinue the Offer (on notice to you), with notice, without liability to you or any third party.
