TERMS AND CONDITIONS that will apply to MTN Saver Combos

1. Introduction

MTN Saver combos is a special service that seeks to give customers more value for their money. This is a bundle package that includes voice bundles, SMSs and data bundles with the validity of either 7 days or 30 days. This service saves the customer time of purchasing services in isolation.

2. Offer Period

2.1 The offer was launched in February 2017 as a permanent service will remain as such until MTN in its sole and absolute to discontinue the service22 Notwithstanding the Offer Period, MTN may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the duration of the Offer Period to a shorter or longer period, or withdraw the Offer in its entirety, with notice to you. 3. Qualifying Customers

3.1 The offer is available to all MTN prepaid customers in all service classes.

4. What does the offer entail

4.1 Customers must dial *686*3# to purchase the saver combo they want from a list of other MTN combos with different expiration dates

4.2 A notification and message shall be received by the customer upon purchase and on depletion of bundles

4.3 Customers shall receive a notification when their bundles expire.

4.4 Customers on auto-renewal subscription shall receive a message each time the offer has been renewed.

4.5 Bundles can only be used for MTN to MTN calling and texting only, any off-net calling and texting charges on the Main account46 Expiry for the offer is either a week or a month.

5. Terms & Conditions

5.1 The offer is only available to prepaid customers

5.2 The MTN Saver Combos will be available as a permanent proposition

5.3 Customers can either opt for a once-off subscription or an auto-renewal subscription

5.4 If the customer chose an auto-renewal subscription, the MTN Saver combo will auto renew until customer opts out

5.5 Bundles are valid for either 7 days or 30 days upon activation;

5.6 Bundle validity is not extendable

5.7 Bundles are used for on net calls only. Off net calls will be charged from main account;

5.8 SMSs are used for on net texting only. Off net texting will be charged from the main account;

5.9 Data bundles can be used anyhow;

5.10 Customers dial *686*5# to check their bundle balance;

5.11 Customers can buy bundles for another subscriber;

5.12 To activate the bundle package, customers dial a USSD string *686*3# and then purchase the desired bundle package through a menu or via MyMTNApp;

5.13 Customer shall receive a SMS notification once the desired bundle package is activated;

5.14 Customer shall receive a notification when they have depleted their bundles;

5.15 Customers shall receive a notification when their bundle expires;

5.16 Each voice bundle shall be depleted on per minute billing;

5.17 The bundles are cannot be shared;

5.18 Bonus airtime cannot be used to purchase MTN Saver Combos;

5.19 All prices are subject to change, subscribers shall be notified;

5.20 The bundles cannot be used while customer is roaming.

6. Expiry Rules

6.1 The bundles are valid for either 7 days or 30 days.

6.2 The bundles cannot be carried over beyond 7 days or 30 days

7. Depletion Rules

7.1 The bundles shall only be used for local on-net calls and SMS.

7.2 The wallet shall be depleted on per minute or per SMS or per MB billing basis

7.3 Off-net bundles will be charged from the main account not from the MTN Saver combo bundles

8. Migration Rules

8.1 Customers shall enjoy this offer in any service class

9. Cancellation

9.1 Customers may call out of bundle at any time

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions

10.2 MTN reserves the right at any modify, suspend or discontinue the Offer (on notice to you), with notice, without liability to you or any third party. MTN will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, failure or non-availability of the Offer, and you indemnify MTN against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of possession and/or use of the SIM card, MTN network services, or any error, delay, failure or non-availability of the Offer. 10.3 MTN reserves the right from time to time to vary the charges of the Offer as may be deemed necessary in its discretion.

10.4 Any changes will be posted on here, your continued use of the products and/or services with the amended rules will be deemed to be accepted by you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, to the extent allowed by any other applicable law and also subject to clauses below, MTN will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage suffered (whether it is direct or indirect

12.1 Subscribers will be able to access this bundle package only when they are in Swaziland and in covered by the MTN network.
