1. Introduction

MTN International Calling Bundles is a product that gives customers more value for their money. It allows customers to make international calls at in-bundle rates. Customers can stay connected with their and friends all around the world at affordable rates

2. Offer Period

2.1 The offer is available as a permanent service until MTN in its sole and absolute to discontinue the service.

2.2 Notwithstanding the Offer Period, MTN may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend the duration of the Offer Period to a shorter or longer period, or withdraw the Offer in its entirety, with notice to you. Stay tuned to the site regularly for notices, updates and/or changes to services

3. Qualifying Customers

3.1 The offer is available to all MTN prepaid customers in all service classes (i.e. MTN STD, MTN Zone and MTN Pulse).

4. What does the offer entail

4.1 Customers must dial *686*4# to choose the international calling bundle they want to purchase from a list of bundles with different expiration times

4.2 Upon purchase, customers shall receive a message. Also, a notification shall be received on depletion of international calling bundles.

4.3 Customers shall receive a notification when bundle expires.

5.12 Customer receive a SMS notification once the desired bundle is activated;

5.13 Customers receive a notification when they have depleted their bundles;

5.14 Customers receive a notification when their bundle expires;

5.15 Each bundle shall be depleted on per-minute billing;

5.16 The international calling bundles are non –transferable;

5.17 Bonus airtime cannot be used to purchase these bundles;

5.18 All prices are subject to change, subscribers shall be notified

5.19 Customers will not be able to use bundles when roaming

6. Expiry Rules

6.1 The bundles are valid for 30 days.

6.2 The bundles cannot be carried over beyond 30 days

7. Depletion Rules

7.1 The bundles shall only be used for making international calls

7.2 The wallet shall be depleted on per minute billing basis

7.3 Making local on-net or off-net calls will charge from main account or from other voice bundles purchased

8. Migration Rules

8.1 Customers shall enjoy this offer in any service class

9. Cancellation

9.1 Customers may call out of bundle at any time

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
