How it works
- Reverse billing is when a number (A number) calls another number (B number), B number is charged instead of A number.
- A short code can be mapped to B number using number masking, all calls to the short code will be redirected to B number and B number will be charged for those calls.
- B number is barred for all outgoing services (calls , data and SMS)
