PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) Request

This service enables users to request and access their PUK anytime, without having to use a Service Centre.

This request is SMS based and can be done from any SMS capable cellphone on the MTN Network. Send a free SMS from the other phone to 6000 and you will receive a message with your PUK and SIM number.
