Imagine a fax machine that never runs out of paper. MTN FaxMail transforms your cellphone into a virtual fax machine that is always online. You can save up to 35 pages, with new faxes being stored for seven days and read faxes for two days. The good news is that MTN FaxMail is automatically available to all MTN Customers that have VoiceMail.

Using your virtual fax machine

Your FaxMail number is 60 9 plus the last five digits of your MTN cellphone number. To retrieve faxes, call 100 from your MTN cellphone, or 60 100 from another phone, and follow the voice prompts.

There are no additional subscription or access fees! You will only be charged for retrieving MTN FaxMail messages according to the rates of your contract or PayAsYouGo plan.
