Call Barring
Call Barring is a free service available to all MTN Subscribers that restricts certain numbers from being called or received from a handset. Call Barring can be both cost saving as well as a security feature.
Call Barring prevents certain calls from being made or received while Call Diverts allows calls to be re-routed to the user's VoiceMail or another number. Although Call Barring is optional and initiated by the subscriber, PayAsYouGo Call Barring may be initiated by the network when fraud is suspected on a particular handset.
